BRANCHES & ACCOMMODATIONS

Our branches are located at:
Alabang Town Center, Greenbelt, Podium, Rockwell (Power Plant), Shangri-La Plaza, Trinoma, and The Fort (Bonifacio Global City)

Deluxe Room
Common room with 6 to 9 beds (depending on the branch). Amenities such as steam, shower, and lounge area are accessible separately in the common wet-floor area.
Available at: The Fort, Trinoma, Greenbelt, Alabang (wet-floor area not available in Alabang)

Executive Room
Private room for individual or couple. Amenities such as steam, shower, and lounge area are accessible separately in the common wet-floor area.
Available at: The Fort, Trinoma, Greenbelt

Junior Suite
Premium private room with personal shower for individual or couple.
Available at: Podium, Alabang

Premier Suite / Villa:
Premium private room with personal jacuzzi, steam bath, and shower for individual or couple.
Suites available at: Shangri-la, Rockwell, Podium, Alabang
Villas available at: The Fort


PURCHASING AN E-GIFT

  1. Choose a coupon for a service to purchase; make sure the service and accommodation type is available at your preferred branch location
  2. Enter the name, email, and mobile number of the recipient, then click ‘Buy Now’
  3. Pay for your purchase online via credit card / PayMaya
  4. The recipient’s mobile number will be enrolled in our rewards program, The Spa Membership, and the coupon will be credited to their account
  5. The recipient will also be notified via email and receive a copy of the coupon details (but they don’t need to print it!)

CHECK YOUR E-GIFTS

  1. Click on The Spa Membership icon located at the bottom-right corner of The Spa eGifts website
  2. Enter your mobile number and you will receive a One Time Pin
  3. You can then view the coupons that have been credited to your account

REDEMPTION OF E-GIFTS

  1. Call any of our branches to make an appointment
  2. Go to the branch as scheduled and give your mobile number to the receptionist
  3. You will receive a One Time Pin
  4. Confirm redemption of the coupon with the receptionist
  5. Enjoy your service!

E-GIFT TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • The Spa Wellness will not replace or refund the e-gift coupon if it is used without authorization
  • Redeemable for services/treatments only
  • Unused value cannot be redeemed for cash
  • One time use only
  • No expiration
